WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN I BOOK VIP PHOTO 360 FOR?

Any and all! There's no event too big or too small for us! Here's a list of examples...

Anniversaries, Award Ceremonies, Birthday Parties, Brand Activations, Concerts, Company/Corporate Events, Conventions, Dances, Carnivals, Fundraisers, Grand Openings, Graduations, Holiday Parties, Music Related Events, Proms, Quinceaneras, Retreats, Reunions, Receptions, Showers, Weddings & Much More!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

DO I HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE EVENT?

We ask two things of the host:

  1. Follow the guidance of our trained photo booth professionals.

  2. Have a great time at your event!

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Damage Policy included in invoice.

IS THERE A REQUIRED RETAINER FEE?

Yes, 50% of the service fee is due upon booking to retain the time slot and date of your event. 

WILL SOMEONE BE THERE TO OPERATE THE PHOTO BOOTH?

Yes, there will be an attendant! 30-45 minutes prior to the start of your event, a knowledgeable and friendly attendant will prepare everything for your perfect celebration! They will also make sure the booth is working properly and all are having a great time!

WHAT AREAS DO YOU CURRENTLY SERVICE?

We are currently serving all of Middle Tennessee, Huntsville, Bowling Green, and surrounding areas. There will be a small travel fee for all events 40 - 80 miles from Nashville.

HOW DO WE RECIEVE THE PHOTOS?

All videos are sent instantly via text during the event.

 

We also have the add-on option to receive every video taken during the event via Dropbox within 24hrs after the event. This option can be selected when you request to book.
